On April 6, 2014, the latest wedding fashions, colorful wedding decorations, and aroma of tantalizing African cuisine will fill the halls of the Westin DFW Hotel. Amoize magazine will host the African Bridal Affair (A Multicultural Bridal Expo and Fashion Extravaganza.) Dedicated to highlighting the traditional aspects of an African wedding, ABA not only aims to increase the varieties and options available to every bride to be, but is also passionate about providing exposure for African wedding service providers in order to broaden their business horizon! Brides will be greeted by the smells and sounds of the African culture as they enter showcase ballrooms featuring different African wedding traditions. They will enjoy music, complimentary appetizers, and three elegant strolling fashion shows will be presented by Tekay Design’s collection of “Queen of the bride.” Trendy beads by Bose, Nickrose fashion House, and a West African traditional marriage!. Brides and their guests will be able to get an up close look at the gowns and traditional wear as the models stroll through the room in this intimate and personal setting. There will be prices, as well as raffles & gift certificates given away. Free wedding magazines, parking, admission, cocktails, hor d'ouevres, and dessert samplings will be served.
