After going through most of the African magazines already on newsstands, we realized that we could not identify ourselves with any of them. There were western magazines, with lack of diversity, and African magazines hardly ever conceived with a global outlook. After these few observations, AMOIZE Magazine was born, halfway through both currents.

We've been buzzing on and offline, talked about the most amazing African countries to visit from Nigeria, Ghana, Zambia, Tanzania, Cameroon, Kenya, worked with great writers around the globe, and had the support of our incredible community of readers, who are so ready for the next big thing. It's now time to reach that ULTIMATE STEP we've all been craving for: produce a high-end glossy AMOIZE magazine that fits our high standards!

The project of this print magazine sticks to the online editorial line, so it will still be about the finest Africa has to offer in the worlds of heritage, beauty, culture, social issues, dining, art, entertainment, fashion, interior design, business, and travel all produced by ourselves. This milestone issue will be published on March 2012, and distributed internationally.

WHO WE ARE?

Amoize Magazine is the African cultural and lifestyle magazine. Our goal is to shatter misconceptions about African culture by focusing on the rich, dynamic lives of people who live and/or come from Africa. Amoize Magazine seeks to educate a worldwide audience about both the Traditional Heritage and contemporary lifestyle in the African countries. The magazine is dedicated to journalistic integrity, thoughtful reporting and excellent design.

WHY DO WE NEED YOU?

As you may have guessed, launching a print magazine is a really expensive venture. So, we need you to help us complete our funding endeavors and make sure we keep our freedom and creativity for our independent production and top quality printing of this high-end project. We want to be sure that every dollar counts and that people who receive the magazine will be extremely satisfied with it. We need you to make our collective dream come true. We believed in the power of community since the beginning and our supporters never failed us once. By giving at least $20 you are pre-ordering the collector #1 printed AMOIZE Magazine issue or by sponsoring $100, you are pre-ordering a one-year subscription.
