Using Appetizers As Snacks
By: Christine Szalay-Kudra
What makes the difference between a snack and an appetizer? Probably nothing more than the appearance. When we are preparing appetizers for a party, we want each one to look as good as it tastes. When we grab a snack... any old bag of chips will do. In reality, there does not have to be this difference at all. Shouldn't we all care more about what we eat and how we eat it?
Why should we settle for a sloppy snack that possibly does not even taste very good? With a little more thought and effort, we could be enjoying a tasty snack that not only looks good, but it delivers a little nutrition, too. Consider making appetizers when you are hungry for a snack.
